Tri 3: Around the Clock

Stretch the sides of your torso, chest and lower back.



Sitting tall and cross-legged on a pillow for comfort, inhale as you raise your right arm. Exhale as you lean to the left, stretching in the right side of your body. Repeat on the other side. Clasp your hands behind your head and lean back slightly, opening your chest and breathing deeply. Fold forward, keeping your back flat, placing your hands on the floor behind you. Do 5 reps.
