No wonder all those celebrities lose the weight so quickly! Not only do they have personal trainers and cooks, but they also have someone helping them with the baby so they don't lose as much sleep!

They have all the help in the world and the ones that say their doing it "on their own"...are not! They have to get their bodies back. I'm 8 weeks out and still look pregnant. Ugh!

well i just cant get motivated to excercise and i think i eat all the wrong foods! it is really difficult to find the time and also the gmy prices are hurrendous! i lost all my weight without any excercise after my first baby but second time round its just hangin on me and i dont look or feel good in anything! arrg!!

walking and breastfeeding are the best after a c-section until your dr. oks you for other exercise. thats all I did, I actually still had the same diet I did during pregnancy and still lost 20lbs. in the first 2 weeks
