Reality TV star Kim Kardashian showed off her baby bump at a recent movie premiere. She also shared some insights into her pregnancy:

"Being pregnant is not as easy as my sister or my mom has made it look. I’ve gotten sick a couple of times and that puts you out especially when you travel. It’s getting a little more difficult."
