You probably already know that during pregnancy, you should limit your consumption of high-mercury fish because of the risk it presents to your growing baby, but you may still be confused about which fish are safe to eat.

The Environmental Working Group (EWG), a Washington D.C.-based group of scientists, engineers, policy experts, lawyers and computer programmers that works to expose health and environmental threats in the United States and helps to make changes, published a list of both lower and higher-mercury fish.
