The other day, a friend mentioned that her daughter (who is three), had somehow, outside of the house, discovered Chef Boyardee. My friend, who makes fresh pasta with her child and serves it with goat cheese and spinach, held firm: she would never buy such a thing.
Maybe it’s just that I’m dieting, and everything sounds delicious, but the idea of soft little noodles and tiny meatballs in a sweet tomato soup-like sauce really stayed with me. Yum! So when I saw that the forecast for this week was rain, rain, and rain, I went with it. No mention of Chef B, I just served up my Mini Meatballs and Alphabet Noodles, and I must say it was all I had hoped. Maybe I should can it.
