One 15-ounce can black beans, rinsed, drained

One 15-ounce chickpeas, rinsed, drained

1 large tomato, chopped

1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped

1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped

1/4 cup chopped red onion

Handful chopped fresh cilantro

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin


Combine all the ingredients. Serve right away or refrigerate for up to a day.
