Our June/July cover star Stacy Keibler shared this avocado-based dessert with our sister magazine, Natural Health. It's the perfect personal portion for nights when you have an undeniable chocolate craving but don’t want to overindulge.

Ingredients:

•   1 ripe avocado
•   ¼ cup cacao powder
•   ¼ cup almond milk
•   1 tsp vanilla extract
•   1 tsp coconut oil
•   1 tbs coconut butter
•   2 full droppers of chocolate stevia
•   2 tsp xylitol

Directions:

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a blender.

2. Add additional drops of chocolate stevia to taste.

3. Chill for at least 30 minutes.

4. Top with coconut, berries, nuts, granola, almond butter—whatever you’d like!
