Makes 2 cups
Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups lowfat milk
1/2 cup water
5 fresh ginger coins
5 black peppercorns
4 cloves
3 cardamom pods, lightly crushed
1 cinnamon stick
3 bags decaffeinated black tea
Honey to taste
 

Directions:

In a saucepan, bring the milk, water, ginger and spices to a boil. Simmer gently for 10 minutes. Stir in the tea bags, cover and let steep for 5 minutes. Strain into cups and sweeten with honey to taste.
