•   1 cup cantaloupe, cubed
•   ½ cup plain low-fat yogurt
•   4-6 fresh mint leaves, or to taste
•   8 ice cubes
•   1 tablespoon honey
•   1 teaspoon lemon zest

Directions:

Combine and blend ingredients until smooth.
