1 ½ cups ice
2-3 tablespoons chocolate sauce, such as Hershey’s
20 fresh mint leaves
2 cups regular soymilk (or lowfat milk)
1. In a blender, combine ice, chocolate, mint and ½ cup of the soymilk. Blend until the mint and ice are pureed.
2. Add remaining 1 ½ cups soymilk and blend until frothy. Serve immediately.
