2 cups orange juice with calcium and vitamin D
1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
8 ice cubes
1/4 teaspoon almond extract or almond syrup (optional)
4 long strips orange zest and nutmeg for garnish
4 cinnamon sticks (optional)
Combine orange juice, frozen yogurt, cinnamon, ice cubes and almond extract in a blender and process at medium-low speed until smooth. Pour into four martini glasses or small tumblers. If desired, loosely tie a strip of orange zest around a cinnamon stick and place inside each glass as a garnish, then top with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
