3 tablespoons raspberry preserves, or to taste
Freshly squeezed juice of one lemon
20 ounces seltzer water
Raspberries and lemon wedges to garnish
1. In a 4-cup measuring cup, stir together the preserves and lemon juice until the preserves are dissolved. Pour in the seltzer and stir well.
2. Pour through a mesh strainer into tall glasses. Garnish with raspberries and lemon wedges and serve immediately.
