8 fresh mint leaves, plus 1 sprig
3 lime wedges
4 ounces distilled water
½ ounce Bossa Nova Original Açai Juice (available at most grocery stores, including Whole Foods)
1 ounce simple syrup
In a pint mixing glass, add mint leaves and lime wedges and press several times with a cocktail muddler. Add distilled water, açaí juice and simple syrup. Fill glass with ice and shake vigorously for 6 seconds. Pour into a glass and garnish with mint sprig.
