Peg Moline has been involved in fitness journalism for 20 years. Holding a dual role at Weider Publications for eight years, Ms. Moline is now editor-in-chief of Fit Pregnancy and served as editorial director of Shape magazine from 1993 to April 2001. Shape, which launched in 1981, is the nation's leading women's active lifestyle magazine with a circulation of 1.6 million readers. Ms. Moline now works full time on the bi-monthly pregnancy magazine.

Fit Pregnancy began as a spin-off of Shape magazine in 1993, and has grown to be one of the most widely respected magazines for new and expectant mothers on the newsstand today. True to the magazine's tagline, "Healthy Mom, Healthy Baby," Fit Pregnancy is the only magazine that focuses on the pre-and post natal concerns of the expectant and new mother and her baby. Each issue includes important nutrition, health, relationship and beauty information, plus stylish maternity fashion, celebrity profiles and great gear for baby and mom. Under Ms. Moline's direction, Fit Pregnancy has grown from a 200,000-circulation quarterly title to a successful bi-monthly, with a circulation of a half a million readers

Widely recognized as an expert on health, fitness and wellness, Ms. Moline has been featured on many television shows including The Today Show, MSNBC, Oprah, Regis and Kathie Lee, Entertainment Tonight, The Fox News Channel and all major networks including Los Angeles' popular KTLA Morning News.

Prior to joining Weider Publications, Ms. Moline was the fitness editor of Self magazine, based in New York. She started her career as an editor at City Sports magazine, based in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Boston.

She is the co-author (with Sam Dworkis) of Extension: The 20-Minute-A-Day Yoga-Based Program to Relax and Rejuvenate the Average Stressed-Out Over-35 Body (Poseidon Press, 1994).

A competitive rower and outrigger canoe paddler, Ms. Moline practices yoga and loves to go hiking with husband, Ken, and her daughters, Maggie (10) and Lily (14). The family resides in Mar Vista, a Westside community in Los Angeles.
