The maternity dress worn by actress Elaine Cassidy on the cover of the August/September 2009 issue is the exclusive design of Project Runway season four winner Christian Siriano, based on his new Fierce Mamas for Moody Mamas line. We auctioned off a custom-made dress to the highest bidder, with proceeds benefitting Fertile Hope, a foundation that helps cancer patients (women and men) preserve their fertility while undergoing treatment through grants and education.
