Drinking plenty of fluids throughout your pregnancy is important, but even more so if you’ve been unable to keep anything down. Drinking sports beverages that contain glucose, salt and potassium will help replace electrolytes lost during vomiting and can help keep your energy up.
Make sure you stay hydrated during exercise—another potential nausea alleviator—and have a post-workout drink like a smoothie.
