This handy weight-loss guide by Dr. Mehmet Oz and Michael F. Roizen, M.D. (founder of RealAge.com), offers readers 99 best weight-loss tips and strategies for getting the body you always wanted. Weight-loss superfoods and exercise suggestions for how to get the most out of your workout are outlined to help you develop better habits and understand the human body and why crash dieting just doesn't work.
