Sleepy Milk Drink
Servings: 1 Cook 8 mins Start to Finish 8 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup lowfat milk
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Honey or maple syrup, to taste
  • Freshly grated nutmeg

Make It

1. In a dry saucepan, shake the cinnamon stick over medium heat until fragrant, about 3 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes. Pour in the milk and swirl over low heat until steaming, 5 minutes. Pour into a mug, sweeten to taste and top with nutmeg.
