Blueberry-Buttermilk Cooler

A frothy violet breakfast (or anytime) drink with a refreshing tang.
Blueberry-Buttermilk Cooler
Servings: 1 Prep 5 mins Start to Finish 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lowfat milk
  • 1/2 cup lowfat buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 - 2 teaspoons maple syrup, to taste
  • A few ice cubes

Make It

1. Blend the ingredients until smooth and frothy and serve right away. (Oh and check your teeth before heading out afterwards - blueberry skins can be awkward!)
