Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 15 ounce can black beans, rinsed, drained
  • 1 15 ounce can chickpeas, rinsed, drained
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • Handful chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Make It

1. Combine all the ingredients. Serve right away or refrigerate for up to a day.
