Veggie Cheese Wrap

Ingredients

  • 4 slices provolone or Swiss cheese
  • 1 10-inch tortilla
  • 3 tomato slices
  • 2 strips jarred roasted red bell peppers
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon salsa, or to taste

Make It

1. Arrange the cheese over the tortilla and microwave for 20 seconds, or until the cheese melts. Top with the remaining ingredients, roll up, and slice in half.
