2 1/2 cups cubed ripe cantaloupe
1/4 cup Greek yogurt or light sour cream
1 to 2 tablespoons light brown sugar, to taste
In a blender, puree the ingredients until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until solid. Run warm tap water over the outside of the mold to release.
