Mango Lassi for Babies and Grown-Ups

Serves Makes 2 lassis and 2 baby meals

Recipe ingredients

2 cups plain goat or cow’s milk yogurt

1 ½ cups ripe cubed mango

Sugar, to taste

 

Rose water (optional)

Recipe directions

 In a blender, purée the yogurt and mango until very smooth. Press through a fine mesh sieve and discard the solids.

 

For babies, serve as is or mix with rice cereal. For grown-ups, serve in glasses over ice, sweetened with sugar to taste. If desired, stir in a few drops of rose water.
