Sleepy Milk Drink

Recipe ingredients

1 cup lowfat milk

1 cinnamon stick

Honey or maple syrup, to taste

Freshly grated nutmeg

Recipe directions

In a dry saucepan, shake the cinnamon stick over medium heat until fragrant, about 3 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes. Pour in the milk and swirl over low heat until steaming, 5 minutes. Pour into a mug, sweeten to taste and top with nutmeg.
