Secret Ingredient Egg Salad
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes for the eggs
Adapted from Food & Wine’s Hummus Deviled Eggs
4 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
¼ cup hummus
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Fresh lemon juice, salt and black pepper, to taste
In a bowl, mash all the ingredients together with a fork. Serve with toast, crackers or cucumber slices.
