I-Miss-Summer Fruit Salad

Serves 6 to 8
1 ripe golden pineapple, cored, peeled and cut into bite-size chunks1 ripe pear, cored and cut into bite-size chunks1 banana, peeled and cut into bite-size chunks1 pink grapefruit, skin and pith removed with a serrated knife, sliced into bite-size wedges1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries2 tablespoons strawberry jam
Toss the ingredients together in a bowl and serve. Can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
