Turkish Salad

2 large cucumbers, peeled and cut into bite-size chunks1 medium yellow tomato, cored and cut into bite-size chunks1/2 red bell pepper, cored, seeded and cut into bite-size chunks2 green Turkish peppers or 1 Italian frying pepper, cored, seeded and cut into bite-size chunks1 tablespoon finely sliced red onion1 tablespoon chopped parsley1 tablespoon olive oil1 1/2 teaspoons red wine vinegarSalt and pepper to tastePinch sugar if needed
Combine all the ingredients on a platter, toss well, and season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
