I-Miss-Summer Fruit Salad
Servings: 6 to 8

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe golden pineapple, cored, peeled and cut into bite-size chunks
  • 1 ripe pear, cored and cut into bite-size chunks
  • 1 banana, peeled and cut into bite-size chunks
  • 1 pink grapefruit, skin and pith removed with a serrated knife, sliced into bite-size wedges
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam

Make It

1. Toss the ingredients together in a bowl and serve. Can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
