Cauliflower with Diced Ham

SERVES: PREP TIME: 8 minutes
COOK TIME: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower
4 ounces thinly sliced ham, diced
4 ounces thinly sliced ham, diced
Directions:
Cut cauliflower into small florets and place in a microwave steamer or in a steamer basket over a pot of boiling water. Steam over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes, or until florets are tender. Transfer to a large bowl and toss with ham. Remove half of cauliflower-ham mixture (about 3 cups) and reserve in a bowl; cover and keep warm. Serve baby's portion and refrigerate leftovers in a sealed container or freeze in ice cube trays for another meal.« Back to recipe Finder Main Page
