Kristen's Peanut Butter- Chocolate Balls

Ingredients:
Nonstick cooking spray
1/4 cup old-fashioned oats, uncooked
1/2 cup smooth, all-natural
peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup old-fashioned oats, uncooked
1/2 cup smooth, all-natural
peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Lightly coat a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Stir together oats, peanut butter and honey. Form into 1-inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Melt chocolate chips over low heat for 1 minute, stirring to prevent burning. Dip balls into melted chocolate and return to cookie sheet. Place in freezer for 1 hour or until chocolate is completely set.Nutrition Information (2 pieces):
