2. Conduct. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules. The Official Rules will be posted at the Sweepstakes website, www.fitpregnancy.com, throughout the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Entrants further agree to comply with and be bound by the decisions of the Sponsors, which will be final and binding in all respects (including, but not limited to, disputes regarding ambiguous questions and/or disputes over answers to questions). The Sponsors reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be: (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or any Sponsor website; (b) violating the Official Rules; (c) violating the terms of service, conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines of any Sponsor; or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsors will select an alternate winner by a random drawing. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Winner Selection / Random Drawing: The Winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about April 5, 2006 from among all eligible entries that are complete, contain the correct answer(s) to the questions posed, and are submitted in accordance with the entry deadlines stated in these Official Rules. Only entries with all the correct answers will be eligible for the random drawing. The random drawing will be conducted by representatives from the Sponsors whose decisions are final and binding in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning the Prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. The Sponsors will attempt to notify the Winner by telephone within one (1) business day after the drawing is held.

4. Prizes: One Avent(R) Isis iQ Uno(TM) Complete handheld electronic breast pump, with an approximate retail value of $199.99. No substitution or transfer of the prize is permitted. All federal, state and local taxes and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of the prize, including shipping and handling charges, are the sole responsibility of each Winner. Only the listed prize will be awarded and no substitutions, cash equivalents or redemptions will be made, except that Sponsors reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value in Sponsors' sole discretion, in the event that the advertised prize is not available. Expenses not specifically stated above, together with the reporting and payment of all applicable taxes, fees, and/or surcharges, if any, arising out of, or resulting from, acceptance or use of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Any prizes not claimed within 10 business days following notification of a Winner, may result in selection of an alternate Winner by random drawing. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply.
