4. Kicks on all fours
Get down on your hands and knees, wrists directly under your shoulders. Pull your belly in and pull your head up (A). Kick your right leg out to the side, keeping abs tight and shoulders down (B). Repeat kicks on your right side, then switch sides and repeat.
