Workout with Gabby: Squat and Pass

1. Squat and Pass

Holding a dumbbell in your right hand, stand with feet farther than hip width apart. Reach your right hand above your head, left hand at your side (A). Squat halfway down, reaching your left hand toward your lower leg (B). Return to standing and pass the dumbbell to the other hand. Repeat the squat motion.
