Are you ready to start a prenatal workout program, but don't know where to begin? Exercising at home at their own pace works best for many pregnant women, and fortunately, there are many good DVDs out there to help. We and a group of pregnant women tested several of them; here are six of our (and their) favorites. All the workouts are fun, motivating and appropriate for every trimester.
