it is more of a comment but it is a question am on the end of my trimester i woke up when i went to the loo i found blood on the tissue i used could i felt more like i wanted to receive my periods is this a sign of somthing wrong somewhere does this mean i can miscarriage? am worried.


The drawback of taking the glucose test is that you will feel a little dizzy and sleepy/fatigued due to the sudden high sugar inflow.


sue-my midwife says that spotting is normal throughout pregnancy. She says that if it is like a moderate to heavy period it is time to call the doctor. Hope this helps


i'm an l&d nurse, you DON'T NEED A BIRTH PLAN. you do need to take classes, research the process, and talk to friends about their experiences. typing up a detailed plan of how you want the delivery to go is almost like committing yourself to a c-section! the very best advise i can give is to be flexible and go with the flow, the labor process is unpredictable. keep in mind the goal, healthy baby and healthy mommy:)
