Chrissy Teigen Shamed for Pregnancy Cravings

Chrissy Teigen is craving the sweet stuff, namely Fruity Pebbles. And the trolls have set in on what she's eating during her pregnancy. She's not taking it.

When supermodel Chrissy Teigen swore off tweeting about her pregnancy, we were sad for two reasons: body shamers attacked this mom-to-be less than a week after she announced her pregnancy and showed off her (adorable and totally normal) baby bump. And of course, because she's hilarious and we were looking forward to week-by-week updates of all the awesomely ridiculous things that come with pregnancy (swelling feet? feeling baby kick? odd sex cravings at random times with hubby?)

That's why her latest adventure in being a pregnant celebrity has good news and bad news: the internet trolls are back, but so is Teigen—standing up for herself.

She recently posted a photo of Fruity Pebbles with the caption 'Cap'n Pebbles cravings, nightly' on Instagram:

While sugar cravings happen for some pregnant women (and can mean Teigen might need some magnesium in her diet), she faced backlash instantly. Apparently her Twitter followers thought she shouldn't be eating processed, sugary cereal while she's making a baby.

Teigen's response? Pretty incredible in this series of tweets:

We're with you Teigen; let a mama eat what she wants to eat. We're confident you're taking care of your kiddo. And please, (please!) keep tweeting!
