While the world awaits the debut of the highly-anticipated babe, the mum-to-be is rumored to be preparing for the big day with private prenatal yoga classes.

Prenatal yoga is a great way for pregnant ladies to stay active during pregnancy and prepare for baby!

Women with difficult pregnancies, like Kate, who suffered severe morning sickness, might find comfort in the gentle motions and breathing techniques of yoga.

The private prenatal yoga sessions will not only help the Duchess of Cambridge to be physically ready for delivery, but they will also help Kate in preparing mentally for childbirth.

The Duchess is said to be planning a natural birth using a hypnobirthing method, which teaches self-hypnosis techniques to combat fear and pain during labor.
