Kate Middleton talks due date for second royal baby at recent charity event. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge expect sibling for Prince George in just a few weeks.
Get ready world, we're just weeks away from a royal baby! When a volunteer at a charity event on Wednesday asked Kate Middleton when Prince George could expect a sibling, the Duchess of Cambridge owned up to be "due mid-April, to the end of April. Not long to go now."
"I couldn't resist asking," Christine Osborne, a volunteer at the Brookhill Children's Centre in London, told reporters. "It's very exciting."
Although a spokesperson for the palace had confirmed back in October that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were expecting a baby in April, there haven't been any specifics until this week.
Her barely-there bump makes it was hard to believe the princess is just a month away from giving birth to Royal Baby #2. She looked gorgeous wrapped up in a budget $63 polka-dot maternity dress from web retailer ASOS (which, needless to say, has already sold out).
Kate's been showing off her baby bump a lot lately, with each picture-perfect outfit as glowing as the next. But the question still remains: Will it be a royal boy or girl? Although there's been much speculation, the royal couple haven't revealed the gender yet. One thing's for sure, we'll know in less than a month! Squeeeee!
