Katherine Heigl is pregnant! The star and her husband, musician Josh Kelley, will welcome a baby boy in January, according to People. The pair are already parents to 7-year-old Naleigh Moon and 4-year-old Adalaide Marie Hope. They welcomed their two girls via adoption—Naleigh from South Korea in 2009 and Adalaide domestically in 2012—and weighed different options for baby #3.

"I’ve known for a while that we wanted to add to our family and frankly didn’t really care how we chose to do that," Heigl opened up on her website, ThoseHeavenlyDays.com. "We were considering adoption again, fostering, or pregnancy if possible. Seeing as I have never been pregnant and as my OB/GYN reminded me last year, I’m of advanced maternal age, I wasn’t sure pregnancy was even in the cards for us. Turns out it was very much in the cards!"

The whole family is psyched for the new addition. "Naleigh and Adalaide are over the moon and cannot wait to spoil their new sibling rotten," Heigl shared. "And of course Josh and I are full of high hopes and bubbling anticipation. The whole pregnancy thing is new to me but the thrill of having a baby is not."

Want a sneak peek at the little guy? Heigl posted his sonogram pic earlier today:
