Mom-to-be Keira Knightley told Ellen that she has a very streamlined birth plan for her baby's arrival. She's going to keep this one thing in mind.
Keira Knightley, who is pregnant with her first child, is playing it by ear when it comes to giving birth later this year, she told Ellen DeGeneres this week.
When asked about her birth plan for what is rumored to be a springtime baby, the Oscar nominee balked. "Sorry but what is the plan apart from to get it out? I mean, there isn't an option to keep it in, is there?"
When DeGeneres told her she should plan something, the star of The Imitation Game stuck to her guns: "It will come out. That's the plan. I don't need a birth plan, that is it."
If, like Knightley, a structured birth plan isn't your thing, you can create more flexible birth preferences. This way you decide ahead of time that many elements of birth may be out of your control.
Another mystery to add to the mix? The baby's sex. Knightley and her husband musician James Righton still don't know if it's going to be a boy or a girl. Guess this star is not one for planning.
