Kristin Cavallari has come a long way from the party girl she portrayed on MTV's Laguna Beach. She swapped the drama of Hollywood for a quieter life in Chicago; she traded reality TV for a stable, happy family; and she's choosing a healthy, nutritious diet over the cocktails of her MTV days. The latter is especially true during her pregnancy. Here, Kristin tells us what she eats to stay healthy as a soon-to-be mother of two.
Kristin starts her day with Arrowhead Mills Quinoa Rice & Shine hot cereal—a good choice, considering it's made with healthy whole grains and no added...junk. Her little one, Camden, likes it, too. No sugar-bomb breakfasts at the Cutler house!

Kristin's lunch routine: "You can't eat deli meat when you're pregnant unless you zap it in the microwave. So I just zap the heck out of turkey almost every day."
She may love kale chips, but Kristin won't be bringing them to the delivery room—unlike her last birth. "We ended up getting steaks," she says. "I need better snacks this time. What was I thinking? Bring on the fat, please!"
The healthy mama avoids processed foods and keeps a clean diet, so you won't find any artificial sports drinks in her birth bag. Instead, she'll be bringing coconut water. Two words: natural electrolytes.
"I make a great eggplant Parmesan with buffalo mozzarella," says Kristin. So, when can we come over for dinner?
