Luckily for baby Zuckerberg, she will have plenty of daddy's attention during her first two months of life. Yes—Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg is trading in work hours for bonding-with-babe time, and we couldn't be happier to hear it. Of course, he revealed this news via Facebook with an adorable photo of his dog with dreads, Beast, chilling out with a yellow baby seat.

In his heartfelt Facebook post, he reveals that his personal decision can be totally justified by scientific studies (big surprise there!) and he wants only the best outcome for his child and family. He continues explaining the awesome paternity (and maternity) leave policy for Facebook employees—which looks like four months of paid time that can be taken at any point throughout the year.

So, what's going to happen at Facebook while the new dad is checked out? We can expect that he's preparing to have everything well taken care of in his absence, and his two months of time spent with his new baby and wife Priscilla will be well worth it.

"Every day things are getting a little more real for us, and we're excited to start this next stage in our lives," says Mark Zuckerberg. We are so looking forward to reading his next post about his baby-to-be! AWWW!
