A dessert you won't feel the least bit guilty about.
- 1 avocado
- 1 ripe medium banana
- 6 pitted dates
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- a dash of salt
1. Blend 1 avocado, 1 ripe medium banana, 6 pitted dates, 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract in a food processor until smooth.
2. Add 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and a dash of salt. Blend for 1 minute until evenly combined.
3. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
