  • 1 small banana, peeled
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt

1. Combine and blend ingredients until smooth.
