Binge-Proof Chocolate Pudding

Our June/July cover star Stacy Keibler shared this avocado-based dessert with our sister magazine, Natural Health. It's the perfect personal portion for nights when you have an undeniable chocolate craving but don't want to overindulge.

Binge-Proof Chocolate Pudding
Servings: 1 Prep 40 mins Start to Finish 40 mins


  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter
  • 2 full droppers of chocolate stevia
  • 2 teaspoons xylitol

Make It

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a blender.

2. Add additional drops of chocolate stevia to taste.

3. Chill for at least 30 minutes.

4. Top with coconut, berries, nuts, granola, almond butter - whatever you'd like!
