A frothy violet breakfast (or anytime) drink with a refreshing tang.
Servings: 1 Prep 5 mins Start to Finish 5 mins
- 1/2 cup lowfat milk
- 1/2 cup lowfat buttermilk
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 - 2 teaspoons maple syrup, to taste
- A few ice cubes
1. Blend the ingredients until smooth and frothy and serve right away. (Oh and check your teeth before heading out afterwards - blueberry skins can be awkward!)
