Yield: Makes four 3-ounce pops Prep 5 mins Start to Finish 5 mins
- 2 1/2 cups cubed ripe cantaloupe
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or light sour cream
- 1 - 2 tablespoons light brown sugar, to taste
1. In a blender, puree the ingredients until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until solid. Run warm tap water over the outside of the mold to release.
