Cauliflower with Diced Ham

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 4 ounces thinly sliced ham, diced

Make It

1. Cut cauliflower into small florets and place in a microwave steamer or in a steamer basket over a pot of boiling water. Steam over medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes, or until florets are tender. Transfer to a large bowl and toss with ham.

2. Remove half of cauliflower-ham mixture (about 3 cups) and reserve in a bowl; cover and keep warm.

3. Serve baby's portion and refrigerate leftovers in a sealed container or freeze in ice cube trays for another meal.
