Hot Ginger Lemonade
Servings: 4 Prep 5 mins Cook 20 mins Start to Finish 25 mins
- 3 1/2 cups water
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh ginger (rinsed, but unpeeled)
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup honey
1. Place water and ginger in a saucepan over high heat and bring to a boil. Turn off heat, cover and steep for 20 minutes. Strain, discarding ginger. Return liquid to pan, add lemon juice and honey and heat briefly. Serve hot.
