Kristen's Peanut Butter-Chocolate Balls
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats, uncooked
- 1/2 cup smooth, all-natural peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1. Lightly coat a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Stir together oats, peanut butter and honey. Form into 1-inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Melt chocolate chips over low heat for 1 minute, stirring to prevent burning. Dip balls into melted chocolate and return to cookie sheet. Place in freezer for 1 hour or until chocolate is completely set.
